Ikimono

Ikimono is a short film that me and my friends have made for an A level Btec Media Project about a detective with dementia and turns out to be the killer.

This is a project that me and have friends have made about a detective who has dementia and is remembering that he is a killer and why he kills. For this short film, we started with a preproduction where we think of a story that we could say. After we have done that, we have started on thinking about what locations we would film in which would best suit us. We then started writing a script that suits around the location that is best suited for our films. Next, we individually make a storyboard for our scenes. When we have finally all finished, we gathered our crew and started recording. It took us around 5 days to record all of the scenes. As soon as we have finished recording everything, we have started editing our own parts of the film. I have editied the middle part of the film. At the end, we have had 3 individual short films that are able to work together to make a combined big short film.
